Palazzo Figure Study in Italian Giltwood

A dramatic, large-scale work inspired by the figural compositions of the Italian Renaissance. Rendered in a beautifully muted palette, the classical scene is presented beneath glass in an ornate, Italian-made giltwood frame.

The substantial real-wood frame features layered architectural molding, delicate beaded detailing, and applied foliate ornaments enhanced by a softly aged gold finish. Generously scaled at 48 inches high, it brings the presence of a collected European interior to an entryway, dining room, library, or living space.

Vintage condition with the character and subtle variations expected of a previously owned decorative piece. The reverse is stamped “Made in Italy.”
